The fact that your new staff is more inattentive than your old staff should be more of an incentive than the owner, an incentive to motivate them more or, if necessary, to train them. But it seems easier to respond defiantly rather than simply do better. The fact is that since your answer, I have no longer entered your arcade. But apparently you can afford to do without guests.
