SPIELSTATION Guide and Review

Located in the picturesque city of Baden-Baden, SPIELSTATION primarily operates as a casino, offering a gaming experience that garners mixed, yet largely positive, feedback from its visitors. While many patrons praise its atmosphere and service, a few notable reviews highlight concerns related to internal management and employee interactions.
The Gaming Experience: A Player's Perspective ✨
For those seeking a gaming establishment, SPIELSTATION appears to deliver on several fronts, often described as a "luxury casino". Visitors frequently commend the environment:
- Atmosphere & Cleanliness: The venue is consistently praised for being "beautiful" and "clean", suggesting a well-maintained and pleasant space for gaming.
- Staff & Service: The personnel are frequently described as "super friendly" and providing a "smiling welcome." This contributes significantly to a "pleasant" overall experience.
- Gaming Machines & Fair Play: Patrons appreciate that the machines are "not stuck", indicating good maintenance. Furthermore, a specific policy is noted where "nobody is allowed to play 3 or 4 machines," ensuring fair access for all players and preventing machine hoarding.
- Amenities: A standout positive feature mentioned by guests is the provision of complimentary "coffee or other soft drinks," adding an extra touch of hospitality.
- Gaming Outcomes: At least one review simply states "Jackpot," hinting at satisfying gaming results for some.
Important Note on Smoking Policy 🚬
One review explicitly points out that SPIELSTATION is a smoking establishment. This is a significant detail that non-smokers, especially those from regions where smoking indoors is uncommon, should be aware of as it "might surprise" them.
Beyond the Gaming Floor: Employee & Job Seeker Feedback 🛑
While the customer experience at SPIELSTATION is largely positive, some reviews raise serious concerns regarding the internal work environment and hiring practices. These critiques do not reflect on the gaming experience but are important for a holistic view of the establishment:
- Hiring Process Concerns: One detailed review from a job seeker describes an unprofessional encounter with a branch manager during a final interview. The manager allegedly made disrespectful comments about the applicant's clothing size and accused them of dishonesty, leading to a negative rejection. This review strongly criticizes the lack of "tolerance and respect."
- Treatment of Staff: Another review, though less detailed, broadly states that staff are "treated badly" and mentions issues related to training and perceived overwork, particularly citing concerns about how a specific female employee was handled.
These reviews suggest that while SPIELSTATION excels in customer-facing aspects, there may be areas for improvement in its internal human resources and management practices.
Conclusion
SPIELSTATION in Baden-Baden offers a generally positive experience for casino patrons, characterized by its elegant and clean environment, attentive staff, well-maintained machines, and hospitable touches like free drinks. It provides a comfortable and enjoyable gaming atmosphere, though its smoking policy is a key consideration for visitors. However, potential employees or those interested in the company culture should be aware of the critical feedback concerning management and staff treatment, which presents a contrasting perspective to the otherwise glowing customer reviews.
Pleasant, super friendly staff and here nobody is allowed to play 3 or 4 machines, which prevents a card
A luxury Casino, it's beautiful, it's clean, the machines are not stuck, the welcome is smiling, and what's more... They pay you for coffee or other soft drinks. A great find for us, the best Spiel. I should point out that the place is smoking, which might surprise French non-smokers who are no longer used to it.
The trial day initially went well until then the branch manager was friendly and it was fun too.But at the final conversation with the branch manager, my clothing size didn't fit into her world view and became unfriendly. She also accused me of not having given truthful information and sentences like "I'm kidding you and you don't believe me and therefore can't build trust" came up. When I tried to explain to her that what you were trying to accuse me of didn't make sense and that the clothing size the lady suggested to me looked like a circus tent on me, the lady described my clothes as “Floppy look” and that they then fit automatically. I neither have baggy clothes nor anything like what the lady is accusing me of.I've never experienced anything like this before and I won't recommend it. The rejection came because of what I really call the bottom drawer! Tolerance and respect is something else!! Maybe the branch manager should be reconsidered! And that's why I only give one star because you can't give zero!!
treat badly The guys who do the training are what you learn. I proved it myself at the employers' liability insurance association, there's a blonde who smokes and drinks coffee and these guys let her die from work
