Comparison for other arcades they come every 5 minutes and ask if we want to have something to drink. So you have zero peace and quiet because you're just having fun, but last week it was completely different because they were all very friendly because the new manager was there, they theoretically only sit there on the cell phone. Hello, good day, I'll tell you briefly what's going on in this arcade. I've often been there almost every day and the employees are rude and disrespectful to the maximum level. I complained 67 times. Nothing has changed with the HR manager, the last time I complained I was simply banned from the house. I was insulted by an employee who said stop eating so much and don't throw your food here and here. I think that's the way to talk to the animals and not to the customer and the guests who leave their money and run away. I lost 400 on 500, so every day and then an insult like that is severe. Maximum level of this arcade is not recommended, but in the morning there is always an employee who is really nice, she is only ever in the morning because otherwise all the other employees are friendly and the case manager doesn't do anything about it, just not recommended. Anyway, a new arcade is opening nearby in two months and it will definitely be better. Otherwise I hope to go to Bremen and of course I've read all the comments now. No one speaks a good review. I can only say that unfriendliness is still harmless, there are no people who work there, animals are friendlier, not recommended, so I'd rather never waste my money anywhere else again
