Instead of dealing with my criticism as a former employee about the neglect of the duty of supervision when it comes to player protection. Are you trying to damage my credibility or my reputation by saying that I am sick and that I should be happy that I was allowed to work for you in my condition or that I was a bad employee. We were there for the first and last time. The devices are definitely tampered with. The public order office should check here regularly. Something is seriously wrong here!!!! Better stay away from this hall!!!

The way you treat your own employees can hardly be surpassed in terms of disrespect. Furthermore, laws are knowingly broken by allowing people to play on more than one device. You knowingly put your customers at risk of becoming addicted to gambling or becoming dependent. In Stuhr, on the other hand, it is strangely forbidden to play more like a device.

The staff there is super friendly, always attentive and nice. People ask for drinks, really great service. Then there are women there whose job is annoying, their friendliness is completely fake and only the bare minimum is needed when you ask after a three-hour stay whether it's possible to get something to drink. Aside from the fact that you're paying for it, I think you can also expect a certain level of customer service. Not to mention the tone towards young people... My tip is to hire more good guys and perhaps offer the annoyed ladies a new job in the country where they come from. 😉
