Located in Dortmund, Germany, SPIELSTATION is primarily a casino that draws a range of opinions from its visitors. While some highlight its modern facilities and comfortable environment, others point to significant inconsistencies in service and cleanliness.
SPIELSTATION in Dortmund offers a decent range of gaming machines and a generally comfortable environment with convenient parking. However, the experience can be highly variable due to inconsistencies in staff conduct and venue cleanliness. Potential visitors should be aware of the mixed reviews, particularly concerning customer service and the strict enforcement (or inconsistent enforcement) of age restrictions, especially regarding access to facilities like restrooms for non-gambling purposes.
Staff present a bit listless, winning is not possible either... Toilets not very clean, I've seen better ones..
Update: Despite email, no response from the company.Very badI went in with my 2 year old son because he suddenly had to go to the toilet.Drau Marbalis kicked me out of the store because he's not 18.I think it's outrageous that people react like that, he doesn't want to gamble, we just wanted to go to the toilet for a moment.I actually liked going there with the boys, but that's over. When asked if the boss was there, the answer was:Look on the internet and get out nowHappened on 12/14/19. 11:20
Nice, friendly and courteous staff. The game devices are also modern. Something from everyone. From the novo Star to the Merkur Magic, to the Bally Wullf. Comfortable furnishings and good air quality. The toilets are always clean and smell good. I've been a customer there for 2 years now and will continue to go there. Ideal for combining with shopping, as LIDL is right in the same parking lot.
Was recently at the play station for the first time. After about 20 minutes I was only asked for my ID even though I had already lost âŦ30. So service is not the best even though there were apparently 2 employees there.
Super friendly service, clean store, good gaming facilities...everything is there...oh yeah and there are plenty of parking spaces
