However, the recurring theme of customer service issues, particularly regarding staff conduct and professionalism, stands out as a significant concern. For an establishment that relies heavily on customer satisfaction and repeat visits, addressing these interpersonal aspects could greatly enhance the overall reputation and visitor experience. Patrons considering a visit should be aware of these mixed reviews, especially concerning staff interactions.
Going there almost daily, today as I went in from the new self check in I was met with a guy screaming at me to take off my headphones and when I told him it was never a issue before he directly put the blame to the other employees by saying it's their fold for allowing it. I have been playing with my headphones on for MONTHS everybody had seen me at least once including this person. Firstly I am not his kid to raise his voice at me, if he had asked politely, as he should because I am client, I would gladly took them off and secondly blaming his colleagues to make a point it's kind of disgusting behaviour. He was clearly angry with something personal and just decided to take it out on me very unprofessional.
