I've been here with my boyfriend for the last few days and I can't recommend this arcade.1. On our first visit, a guest threw a chair into the machine, which has never happened to me in my 5 years of arcade experience.2. The employees are completely unfriendly (with a few exceptions) I met 8 of them and 2 of them were polite, the rest seemed as if they didn't want their job at all. A slightly older woman with red hair yelled at my friend because he pressed the keys a little harder, even though he apologized. Other employees are already walking around with facial expressions as if they were kicking you out for no reason. A young man with brown hair and a slightly older woman with long blonde hair were very nice. They greeted us nicely and were very polite the whole time.3. The other guests are also completely unfriendly, they are all so loud and sometimes unkempt.4. You are asked far too often if you want to eat something. (They're always making tray rounds and you feel like you're asked every hour if you want to eat something, way too intrusive)I will never visit this store again and neither will my boyfriend!
I was there on March 8th at exactly 8 p.m. when the employee yelled at us and treated us completely disrespectfully!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been here a few times recently and can draw the following conclusion from my own experiences:1. Yes, there are definitely customer-oriented, very nice and friendly employees! (usually female)2. But then there are also employees who are not only unfriendly, but don't even greet you and only show a gloomy expression (almost only the case with male colleagues)3. The slot machines occasionally spit out the wrong amount, i.e. too little. But it's in the 10-20 cent range, so it's still acceptable4. The worst thing is that everyone here is treated unequally. I was once warned and threatened that I would be kicked out if I continued to press the button hard. While dozens of people are sitting (often the case) pressing the button 10 times harder than me or really hitting it and seeming aggro, the same employee says nothing to them, but only says something to me? ...this behavior is simply unbelievableI will never visit this store again and can't recommend it at all as long as some of the employees stay the same...
