The staff and dealers are reluctant to speak in english... they react very badly if you speak with them in english.. it's give bad feeling for a tourist who doesn't know german.. as if you are not wanted to be at the casino..
It’s an okay casino. Only two blackjack tables with low minimums (10&20€) so both tables were often very busy. They also allow people to sit at the table who aren’t playing which was annoying. Staff were friendly, just need more of them and more tables.
A fun old fashioned European casino, but the dealers were friendly and funny while initially appearing a little stiff. The minimums were surprisingly affordable.
the staff at Roulette table basically beg for tips, even if i tip them a first time they demand it everytime. “you need to appreciate our services, you will see” it was fun except for the begging and whining made me stop playing all together. a confrontation??!! about tipping MORE not just one time???!! pathetic behavior. i guess it is helpful in a way that you’ll stop gambling all together lol. i would have wasted more money but the begger at the Roulette table made me stop, Thanks i guess.
I do not recommend. I had a machine that locked up, they made us wait 20 min to fix, then gave me my money back. Right before I left they told me I owed them more. Be careful here they will swindle you.
