I've been there almost every day and have probably already put over 2000 euros into the machines. A super unfriendly woman occupied 6 machines in one room, none of them had more than 8 euros on them. I'll kindly ask her if she can please free one up. She then shouts in a very unfriendly manner and tells me to talk to the staff. A personal woman named Julia snaps at me in a very unfriendly manner that there is no discussion and that the woman blocks the machines when she wants.General staff super unfriendly, actually a good casino but absolutely no longer recommended!!!!Never again
I've been to a few Merkur stores and can't remember such bad service. Rooms were empty, employees hid (like in a hardware store) and the service bell was skillfully ignored. Left after less than two hours and didn't want to drink water from the tap so as not to dehydrate. In addition, everything was filled with smoke because people were unable to keep the doors of the smoking cabins closed and no one took care of it here either. Let it go, look for alternatives!
