The lady who was in the evening on August 12th. Unfortunately, the person who worked was totally unfriendly for no reason. We approached her politely and respectfully, whereupon she reacted very rudely, annoyed and aggressively. When we asked her why she was so stressed, she said we had too many questions and what we actually wanted. Everyone has a bad day, but slamming your drink, rolling your eyes and groaning when asked a question is not customer friendly at all. We felt very uncomfortable and will not visit this casino again.
