Today we were more than disappointed. The service person was so uninterested in new customers. Let players play on two sets and "didn't want to get in the way". Very unfriendly to customers. The public order office should probably come by again and arrange a training session.

My dissatisfaction with the Merkur Casino is that, even though it is completely against the law, the branch manager banned me from entering the building without justification. If you want to know what you can improve: inform the branch manager that a stay-at-home order can only and only applies if issued by the owner of a store.As far as I'm concerned, there will be no next visit to Merkur until I receive a written explanation or apology as to why I should experience such discrimination at Merkur Casino.
