I was there on the 17th January after a concert, very rude and untrained staff at the roulette table, plus they beg for tips like little stray dogs, i didn t enjoy my time there at all! Took their money and ran and will never come back! Friendly staff, good dealers and floor staff and a good standard of play at the poker tables. If you like to play cards it's a good place to visit - don't ask me about the machines as I don't understand how to play them and never will. Only negative point is that the poker tables close rather early at 01:15 but that could also be a good thing if you work in the morning! P. S. Food and drinks are also very good in my opinion.
I went the first day with passport and gave me a card to enter the casino. Second day they wanted again my passport because the receptionist told me that she doesn't know me even though i gave her the yesterday card. Also I her the free entrance tickets and she charged me 6 euros for two persons. One Greek guy next to me that she should not charge me because I have free tickets that I gave her. She told me in front of my face that I am a liar and I told her to check the cameras. Worst receptionist ever. I highly recommend not to go there Very rude personnel.
