Came from Leipzig for a day trip as heard good gaming hall. Tried to cab back to Leipzig around 830/9 pm. Staff refused to call a taxi for me. No buses in the area and don’t speak German so was basically stuck 15 km out from Leipzig in the middle of no where at dusk. No help from staff. Horrible service. Embarrassing don’t have transportation to get you home if you want to come out and play at the tables. Don’t recommend. Take care of your patrons if you want tourists and others to come.
Was stopping at the Holiday Inn about 5 minutes walk from here. Not much else around here. Was pleasantly suprised. Thought would give it try...not much in hotel. Drinks were not too much money compared to UK casinos. Did food...Was cheaper than hotel...was good.Staff were pretty good especially Hernandez....like a bit of banter with dealers....makes the experience better.If you fancy spending some money would recommend. Great experience on the way to Berlin. Highly welcoming staff who could speak enough English to help us go by.Special call outs to:-Pichl was the floor manager. He was very helpful with any queries we had about games, food or drinks. Hard working and leads his dealers well.-Senor Hernadez (From Equador) Great to have a talk with who easily kept us gambling more of our money. Shame he wasnt able to speak more since he seemed to have some great stories and tales.-Wagner, was a great laugh while I was on the Blackjack. Had a good sense of English while also made the game fun and entertaining. He was keen to request service for us right away if we needed it. An asset to the dealer team.-Mr "Icognito" aka "Dave" was a true professional. A veteran in his field and stoic in nature. Keen to break into smile but he was sleek, smart and suave. Like watching James Bond deal some cards.Would fully recommend a visit for English speakers. All the staff were all accommodating, shame I couldn't get all their names.Visited 9th March 2017
