Today I was insulted by an employee because a player next to me pressed the buttons a little harder. What do I have to do with it? Why should I pay to repair the machine if it breaks? There wasn't even an apology. Sorry, but somehow the employees seem to forget where the income comes from and how their wages are paid. This store will never see me again.

The Merkur Casino Hall surprises with its incredibly modern ambience. The individual gaming rooms are well structured and the pleasantly large smoking rooms impress with excellent ventilation technology, so that you don't even notice the smoke even when it's full. It's always very clean and the service is very professional. The service staff manage to create a wonderful family atmosphere, so that even if the winnings don't work out, you'll still enjoy spending time here. The varied events are also great, where you always get your money's worth, even without spending any money. Always worth a visit just for the always up-to-date and individual decoration!
