How can it be that very reliable employees are persuaded to quit? How can it be that employees stand and play at the slot machines during working hours, while their families should be cleaning the machines and emptying the ashtrays instead! The young female employees just sit on their cell phones during working hours! Restrooms are almost exclusively cleaned by older employees.
It's really shameful how the quality at this arcade has dropped since new employees were hired. Some ashtrays are not emptied even after hours; guests mostly have to pour them out themselves in order to continue smoking. Likewise, empty drinks will not be cleared away. The employees spend their time either on their cell phones, sitting in the middle of the non-smoking concession, watching the customers play, or smoking themselves. The hygiene conditions in the sanitary facilities also leave something to be desired. Both for women and men. The only employee who hasn't decreased in quality is Angela. She is always cleaning and is always competent towards customers. It may be necessary to rethink the employee situation!
