The Casino in Mainz presents a mixed bag of experiences, showcasing both commendable aspects and notable areas for improvement, as highlighted by recent visitor feedback. While some guests praise its gaming environment and staff, others report significant issues with entry policies, operating hours, and the overall atmosphere.
Due to strict and seemingly inconsistent entry requirements, it is strongly advised to bring your passport, even if you are an EU resident or have a residence permit. Be prepared for potentially rigid or unfriendly interactions at the reception, as reported by some guests.
Before planning your trip, especially if traveling a significant distance, it is crucial to verify the casino's current operating hours directly, rather than relying solely on online information, to avoid disappointment and wasted travel costs.
The casino has a dress code, contributing to its "classy" reputation. Be aware that smoking is prevalent inside, which might affect your experience if you are sensitive to smoke.
Overall, Casino Mainz offers a traditional gaming experience with positive feedback on its core gambling operations and staff politeness. However, prospective visitors should be mindful of the reported issues concerning entry policies, staff conduct at reception, and the smoking environment, as well as the critical need to confirm opening hours in advance.
Fair casino positive and smooth dealers at the table games, best manager i have seen so far and i have been in casinos all over europe. Classy place with dress code, very good experience overall and the people working there deserve the best, thank you for a good experience in Frankfurt casino, good luck !
Perfect place to have fun and really good outcome also if you want to earn little money. Roulette tables are really nice and all the staff members are really polite. Just one thing I have visited there 5 times and twice they have given me coupons with one drink free and no entry fees and rest three times one time fees of 2.5 euros per person per tage! Little strange but rest all is wonderful. Any one can visit there enjoy games and drinks are also not that much costly.

The short man at the reception was extremely rude and he rejected entry to me, went with a group of friends, They were from different countries in the EU but I'm not from the EU but have been living here for 4 years and have a PR, they rejected entry to only me and wanted me to show my passport for some reason. Even though I showed him my residence permit he wanted the passport and refused entry and was quite cold. Not gonna enter this racist establishment again.
