I enjoyed visiting the Merkur arcade in Bischofsheim several times, especially because of the nice Bulgarian employees. Unfortunately, a blonde employee with two piercings (approx. 35 years old) completely spoiled my last visit. My friend had put a lot of money into a machine and wanted to take a short break, but she asked him to get up and stand against the wall because he was “not playing” - even though the hall was almost empty.Such behavior is incomprehensible to me. A guest can leave more money in the machine in one evening than a month's wages - and they should be treated with respect. I won't come back again.

The atmosphere is okay, but dealing with customers is really unpleasant. I played on a slot machine for a long time and spent a lot of money. Then I wanted to take a short break, smoked a cigarette and thought about whether I should continue playing on this machine or not. At that moment, a staff member came to me and said in a rude tone: “If you don’t play, get up.” The casino was neither full nor was anyone waiting for a seat.You don't even get a chance to think for a moment - it feels like you're constantly being watched. I probably would have continued playing on that exact machine, but after that kind of behavior I didn't feel like it anymore. Such an attitude towards paying customers is simply disrespectful.
