Unfortunately, a blonde employee with two piercings (approx. 35 years old) completely spoiled my last visit. My friend had put a lot of money into a machine and wanted to take a short break, but she asked him to get up and stand against the wall because he was “not playing” - even though the hall was almost empty.Such behavior is incomprehensible to me. A guest can leave more money in the machine in one evening than a month's wages - and they should be treated with respect. I won't come back again.

I probably would have continued playing on that exact machine, but after that kind of behavior I didn't feel like it anymore. Such an attitude towards paying customers is simply disrespectful.
