K1 Casino Oberschleissheim, situated in Munich, Germany, presents a somewhat varied picture based on recent user feedback. While some older reviews highlight significant issues, more recent observations suggest notable positive changes, particularly concerning staff and atmosphere. However, some facility maintenance concerns persist.
Several patrons have praised the casino for its remarkable transformation, especially in terms of customer service. One long-standing visitor specifically highlighted a "restructuring" that has led to a dramatic improvement. The team is now consistently described as "very nice, friendly and helpful," a stark contrast to previous experiences. This positive shift has contributed to a "lovely atmosphere," making visits more enjoyable for many.
Despite the positive changes in staff demeanor, one very recent review (from just a week ago) points to ongoing issues with facility maintenance. Specifically, it was noted that two doors have been broken for over a year, with the management seemingly unwilling to invest in repairs. This suggests that while customer-facing service has improved, infrastructure upkeep might still be lagging.
Older reviews, dating back two years, frequently cited highly negative experiences with rude and unhelpful staff. Instances included employees refusing requests (like making a pizza) and displaying disrespectful behavior, such as throwing change back at customers or ignoring patrons for long periods. These historical issues led to customers vowing not to return. However, it's crucial to note that the more recent 5-star reviews indicate that these staff-related problems have largely been resolved, transforming the overall service experience from "terrible" to "perfect," according to one returning customer.
K1 Casino Oberschleissheim appears to be on an upward trajectory, having successfully addressed significant past criticisms regarding its staff. The current team is widely commended for its friendliness and helpfulness, creating a pleasant environment for visitors. Potential patrons should be aware of possible lingering issues with facility maintenance, but the overall shift towards positive customer service makes it a more appealing destination than it once was. If you're considering a visit, it seems the casino has made considerable strides in improving its guest experience, especially concerning its most valuable asset: its people.
We're wasting so much money there, they don't even have the money to repair the doors. Two doors have been broken for over a year, how many times have we said that, they don't even want to invest money in the doors...
Well, I'm correcting my review from three years ago because it's time to say that my opinion has changed. It's amazing how positive things have changed. I don't want to mention any of the employees by name, but honestly, they are all very nice, friendly and helpful. The team three years ago was terrible. Today's team is perfect. I am very happy that such a restructuring has taken place.
Very very rude staff at Masoud, when you ask him nicely if he can make a pizza he constantly refuses on the grounds that he doesn't feel like it and has been doing so for months. In the end he just opened up the card change and threw it away. I've never experienced anything like that in my life. I enjoy being with you and enjoy playing there, but with such staff I will certainly never come back and I would advise everyone against it
It's a shame that you're losing customers because of such employees. We definitely won't come back. The employee is very rude, doesn't ask if we want something to drink, we waited half an hour for him to come. When we brought the card back he just threw 4 e.We had never experienced anything like this and we were regular customers!!That employee was on shift today at 5 p.m.
