I visited the arcade for the first and last time last Thursday (February 3rd).The employee (such a young thing) doesn't work at all.Extremely unfriendly, snooty, cheeky.Tells customers when they can drink and when not and apparently hasn't invented work anyway.I would have liked to give more stars, but the "little one" ruined my visit too much.Edit from April 19thWas there again at Easter.Luckily the “little one” didn’t work.The nice lady with short black hair served me and the other guests in an exemplary manner.With such nice staff you'll be happy to come back.

There are big differences among customers. For example, it is not allowed to play on two devices, it should be forbidden. Nevertheless, I have often noticed that there are customers who probably have priority and use 2 machines.For example, last Friday. A customer who always plays on the same machine had a break on her machine, then continued playing on another machine to bridge the breakBut blocked their break machine with a bag etc because they continue to play thereWanted. (ALTHOUGH THE shop was full) I wanted to use these machines when I came in and the employee told me that all the machines were occupied, which was definitely not the case.The blame goes to the employee who would work better in a call center anyway because she only makes calls. Every customer should be treated equally, this is not the case here.
I've been there a couple of times now, everything is very well maintained and the branch manager was very nice too. I had a bit of a problem with the machine, but the manager noticed and helped me straight away. The little snacks they give you are also cool. I'll be happy to come back and will recommend you to my friends...
