Super RUDE service!! Our first visit was a year ago... back then it wasn't worth a review, it was already rude, dirty and anti-social regarding corona regulations. Today we thought we would try again...ABSOLUTELY FAILURE!As soon as I entered a woman came towards me, two heads smaller with a squeaky voice who looked like the cleaning lady “STOP THE FRONT IS EH SIGN CAN YOU READ THIS???” All right, I turned around and got out of the dirty shop again, after trying to enter a shop like this for a second chance, I would absolutely not recommend it!! Even if it is a quick, easily accessible spot in St Ingbert, the shop is absolutely the last.
Not welcomed. My winnings of 100 euros should be booked over at 3 a.m. otherwise they won't be able to close on time. When asked why 100 euros were booked over quickly. The woman thought I could win even more 😠
I was there last night with my husband. We got a whopping 3 drinks in 5 hours! Really ignorant staff, can't handle complaints and the little woman ignored me, pointing out that it's a game of chance and that the scatter only performs its function randomly, even though you pay extra for the Maxiplay at Bally Wulff.Since we have never been to this store and there is no active acceptance of the devices, we unfortunately had to speak to the young service specialist. Yes, her answer was "There's a money changer at the back on the right, go there!". Well, me and my husband just looked at cars and the second employee (who was older) showed us where and how.For us it was the first and last visit to the store. The staff just sat behind the counter from 8:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., chatting and drinking and not caring at all about the guests. Especially since you weren't even greeted at the beginning.The young employee was nice when it came to changing from coins to banknotes.She took me to the changer and explained how it works. It's clear that she wanted a tip, but sorry for such a disastrous evening! Laziness at the highest level...
