Branch management disaster!!!!!!!!!Some employees do not speak German.The only casino in the world that doesn't have a money counting machine, where is there something that counts a guest's winnings by hand?After complaining to the branch management several times, nothing was changed but they were told to call the head office in a stupid, arrogant way. What is this branch management paid for?!Many machines look like they come from the war. Start buttons are missing and banknotes are not accepted by the machine.Worst service I have ever experienced!Please replace branch management. Thank you
