Very rude people at the counter, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Guy at the counter did not know what he was doing, he looked like he hates his life (not surprising). Do not come in if you value your time. Waiting for registration for about 20 minutes and it wasn't done. Do not recommend

the girl at the reception was very rude, when we asked him to register it seemed like we annoy her
very disapointed by the hostess who came all of the sudden while i was winning to touch my screen and try desperately to minimize the sounds of my game. for no reason. I dont know what to say. As I realised , there was a guy next to me playing and enjoying the sound and the effects of winning, while my game had no sound!!! I lost my motivation and I left. I think that is very bad and I will never go back neither I will suggest anyone to. Just do not go there! or go and expect some rude people touching your screen!!
