If I had the energy and time at that moment, I would have called the police, as this is clear discrimination, which is a crime.I urge you to train your staff properly, as people can hold multiple passports for various reasons. My Italian ID is valid and accepted at airports and immigration checkpoints throughout the European Union. Your staff's behavior was ignorant and disrespectful, and such incidents can have serious legal consequences.Please ensure that your employees are properly trained to avoid similar discriminatory situations in the future. Worst casino ever, the attitude of the employee is seriously negative - rude & careless. Bartender most probably will scam you please ask for the price before you order a drink dor your good. Slot machine algorithim is a joke. Just dont play anything here
