I've been to all 5 Las vegas casinos in Budapest and this is by far the worst one of them.I'm not telling this from just a few visits to each one, I visit all of them regularly as I'm living here.Dealers have real attitude issue here and I'm not expecting them to look at me and greet with smile all the time, but they really show most of the customers that they hate dealing and 'you are not welcome' attitude. Moreover, you can really sense that they are very unhappy when you win money. My advice for them is just change your freaking job if you hate it that much, instead of ruining yours and the customers mood.I'm not blaming them if I lose money on the day, that's part of the game and I consider it as an expense for my entertainment that day, so losing money doesn't make me angry but their ignorant and arrogant attitude towards customers make me mad. without players playing there, you wouldn't have a job there, you should know it.I even saw some dealers making fun of players, commenting things like 'that's a stupid decision' and one time this player got angry and told the dealer not to talk to him like that, for he is playing with his own money. Some dealers even encourage players to make bad decisions when you play cards, telling you to double down on blackjack at a very wrong time. All of these things, I've never seen in any casino in other countries ,whether it was small or huge.Funny thing is, the higher their position, the more jerk they are. Those supervisors standing or sitting next to the dealers are often more jerks and the pit bosses, yea they were even worse(especially that fat bald manager and that even fatter woman with thick glasses), I don't know why they are always grumpy towards the customers here, I've never seen unprofessional casino staffs like this one around the world, I don't think there's anything you can call 'management' hereThe most decent staffs here are the waitresses and I've seen like only two regular dealers who were actually nice.If you want to gamble and have a decent time, don't go here seriously, I suggest you to go to other locations but not this one.
The reception staff, who do not know what a European Union country residence card is, they need to renew their card catalogue. You have a visa to enter the country, but you do not have a visa to be allowed into the casino. I have never encountered such behaviour anywhere before, I definitely do not recommend it.
Casino was very nice, the staff in the reception and dealers were nice. The bar woman was rude to the point where she should absolutely not work in customer service position!! This is the only reason im giving 3 stars.
Don't go, you will loose all money. Slot machines are with reduced RTP. Scammers.Also there is no smoking room and can't take glass of drink outside, but if you leave it on table or near slot machine - workers will take away. Bought 3 drinks 3 times, 1 per time. All was gone when returned from outside.
