It was a very nice experience staying at Denzong. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend it if you are planning for a family stay at Gangtok. Special shout out to Samir from the housekeeping team for his fantastic service.
Stayed in two Heritage Deluxe rooms for 4 nights/5 days. The hotel is in a great location, very close to M.G. Market. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. However, dinner (à la carte, not part of the package) was not up to the mark – food and service could definitely improve. Housekeeping was excellent and the staff was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Some amenities like the gym and spa were not available due to renovation.Overall, a nice experience – with a few improvements, it can be even better. Keep it up!
The hotel's location was excellent, and my stay was very comfortable. The room was neat and clean. From the reception to the dining area, the staff, including housekeeping, were well-trained, polite, and had a positive attitude.The quality of the food was good, with a great variety available.I am sure that if I or my family and friends visit again, I will recommend this hotel to them.
