These people consider your money as illegal money. You are made mad by showing good photos and videos. The food that is available here is such that even a street dog would not eat it. We just got out of waiting for 20 minutes just at the reception. The staff was not helpful, made ua wait, attended a customer that came way later. And when you enter the Big B casino website as you register there is a spik the wheel game. I won a 10% off, and suddenly the page got redirected without coping the code, we went to the reception and asked them about the same, they weren’t ready to budge. We even told them it is not about the 300/- that we are claiming we just asked them get done with the entry and forget the 300/- they still were so clueless and absolutely didn’t put effort and made it a difficult process, we literally left from the front desk itself.Absolutely not to be called a Casino. Worst service.
I'm regular casino player. In my whole casino routine I never saw dealer and his inspector laughing on guest, when they are losing. Asking tips as good luck like begging. All girls dealer are worst at counting. Twice my winning coins handover someone else. I specifically never recommend this place.
