Absolutely lovely stay. Very spacious rooms and a huge span of the property. The private beach is very clean. The buffet menu is has a very nice spread of options.
I went there as part of an event management team not as a guest. Security did a good job while being helpful to me. I requested assistance at the front desk and they staff were helpful. The resort is beautiful with a lot of activies being held everyday. One thing I don't like is the long walk to get to and from the rooms.
Hot water was not available in bathroom in such a plush property. When we asked & waited for technician, no one turned up.Intercom was connecting to wrong extension. So except service rest was ok.
Location of the resort is convenient. The beach was clean with amazing views. The pool is amazing!! Amenities and food were good.
