A new staff member, a young woman with dyed pink hair, was working. I hadn’t seen her before, likely because I usually play during the day.After arriving, I stood next to my friend as he played the slots—as all players must, since there are no seats—and went to make myself a coffee. This has never been a problem before, and given how much money I’ve spent there, I figured it was fine. I was planning to play again in a few minutes anyway.However, the new staff member rudely refused and said I had to be actively playing. I politely explained that I had already played earlier (losing hundreds of euros) and that I was about to play again. She still refused and became aggressive, calling me cheeky.When I asked if starting to play now would allow me to get a coffee, she still said no, claiming I was only playing because she told me to. This was embarrassing, especially as she said it loudly in front of other customers.Her attitude was unprofessional, aggressive, and completely unnecessary. I have been to many casinos, and this kind of behavior is unheard of. I have spent more than enough money in this establishment—certainly enough to deserve a little respect.
