I had a disappointing experience at this casino on (7th March 2025) around 11:40 PM. One of the staff members, who seemed to be from respected country of Ukraine, he was not from esteemed nation of Irish, treated my friend and me very unprofessionally. My friend politely asked for a cup of tea or clarification on whether he should get it himself, but the staff member left saw and responded with an unfriendly and harsh attitude.When I tried to clarify and ask the rules and regulations, I was met with the same cold and dismissive behavior. I even asked why he was speaking to us in such an unusual manner, but instead of addressing our concerns, he offered us a piece of paper and a pen, asking us to write a complaint for the manager, when we heard this sentence me and my friend both left the casino.Such customer service is unacceptable in a professional establishment.
