We came to the casino on a Friday night and had a disappointing experience, from the treatment we got from the staff as newcomers. The overall service was poor our massage took long to prepare, the masseuse were lazy and took long to prepare cutting into our paid sessions and when we raised concerns they were dismissive and rude.
