This casino refuses entry to Italian citizens simply because they don’t accept Italian documents—despite the fact that we are in Lithuania, both countries are in the EU, and an Italian ID card is a perfectly valid travel document within the Schengen Area. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like outright discrimination.I wasted my time coming here only to be turned away for no legitimate reason. If you're an EU citizen, beware—apparently, EU laws don’t apply in this casino. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy pointless bureaucracy and nonsense rules. Plenty of other casinos treat customers with respect—this one does not.

The staff in this casino are rude and have no time for foreigners, the other venue was alot more accommodating. Also no cash machine inside you cant use cash in the slots and you cant pay card to by machine vouchers .
