Located in the vibrant city of Guadalajara, specifically in the Zapopan area, Casino Vegas Zapopan presents itself as a prominent gambling establishment. User reviews paint a picture of a venue with both notable strengths and significant areas for improvement, leaving visitors with a truly mixed experience.
This appears to be the most critical and frequently cited issue. Multiple reviews point to "terrible service" and a noticeable lack of staff engagement:
Some users felt the gaming experience was compromised:
Casino Vegas Zapopan is a venue with clear potential, offering a nice setting, good location, and convenient parking. However, the recurring themes of poor service, uncomfortable temperatures in key gaming areas, and perceived unfair payout structures significantly detract from the overall experience. One reviewer aptly summarized it as "very nice, but useless," implying that the appealing aesthetics do not compensate for the operational shortcomings. While some recommend it for its secure location and friendly staff (in some cases), others strongly advise against it due to the pervasive issues.
The live game area is EXTREMELY HOT.π₯΅ We were dying from all the heat in that room. It was awful!! They charge for a soda back even when youβre buying an expensive drink. I donβt recommend this place. Unless you want to die from heat exhaustion. AWFUL!!!
Outstanding location and very nice casino, they just need more focus on customers and faster cashier service fior poker players
Good day!! A good casino!! In a safe area!!The staff is very friendly with a Bingo that costs $10 pesos for tickets with the possibility of winning 5 thousand pesos every day!!I recommend them!! Many visit it!!
I'll start with the good news: it's nice, has ample parking, and is clean. But I waited 25 minutes to place a sports bet, and no one helped me. The big-assed girl with mouse ears is the one over there, and she acted stupid. Why don't they have someone there on-site? The casino is lacking, but it has potential.
Only two of the many employees treated me well. The monkey in the red vest standing at the entrance started barking at me, without me meaning any disrespect. I'd barely entered and he was already trying to tame me.
