It had seemed like an excellent place to us to the point that we stopped going to other casinos, the staff had been helpful and friendly, however today's experience was fatal. We requested a waiter in the first instance for more than an hour, after this we requested him 8 times, however he never arrived. We had to get up from our machine to go to the restaurant for dinner as there was no response.As if that were not enough, we once again requested a coffee that never arrived, I went to order it at the bar and they told me, have a cup and help yourself, there are the machines in the back where the coffee is served.The staff in charge does not fulfill their responsibility. I hope they take action on the matter.

My expectations were high, as I expected to find a casino better or equal to the one I was in before (same establishment before the pandemic) and nothing to see. I imagine that your remodeling was just demolishing a few walls and that's it. The place was somewhat neglected (the women's bathroom does not have a logo), which made me find a confused man in it. The food is bad but it's nothing out of this world and at least what I tried I didn't like. They do not have a table to enjoy your food while you play, you have to look for a place on your legs and also for your game. I was more or less able to eat because the machine next to me was not in use, so there are many.And the games they have mmmm are very ugly, only 3 or four known games.The very polite and helpful waiters were the only good thing about the place and that the machines are enabled by placing the card on the screen.
