Near several well-known hotel chains. This 24 hour casino is tied to a shopping mall and has loads of slot machines, food, cigarettes with a complete bar. They are compliant with the federal COVID-19 protocol, have sufficient security staff and friendly waiting staff. Without mentioning, the property was super clean with tons of parking at the front. We came from a nearby lodge with only US dollars on us. For some reason, we failed to locate an ATM. So the waitress took our order and arranged our invoice for payment by credit/debit with a valid passport or driver's license. A great place to try your luck if you're on an overnight layover or a driving rest stop while in Merida.
The Gambling was fun, I won money. Then I made a mistake and went to the restaurant to get food, I waited for 10 minutes and was completely ignored. They need to hire better waiters or train the 2 clowns to do better and acknowledge customers. Getting a beer takes 10 minutes or more. Maybe, they had to brew it.
Neat,clean, well staffed and maintained Casino Life is certainly a must go!
Been here a few times. I'd give it a 3.5 decent casino fun games and sports betting which was nice. Fair prices on food and drinks. Haven't been here in over a year but would come back.
