Casino Codere Guadalupe NL appears to be a venue with potential, especially concerning its popular bingo games and the dedication of certain staff members. However, its significant drawbacks lie in the dated and poorly maintained facilities, including old gaming machines and uncomfortable seating, coupled with serious issues regarding restroom cleanliness and accessibility. Inconsistent service quality and slow game pacing during busy periods further detract from the overall patron experience.
For those considering a visit, it's advisable to manage expectations, particularly regarding the physical environment and overall service. While some aspects like bingo might be enjoyable, substantial improvements in infrastructure, hygiene, and consistent service quality are clearly needed to elevate the patron experience at Casino Codere Guadalupe NL.
One of the first casinos in Monterey pretty bland and the food wasn't that good
The facilities leave a lot to be desired, I only play sports books, and the machines are old and slow, the seats are in poor condition. And what I liked least were the men's toilets. The smell is terrible, there is no paper, there is no soap and there is no water. I went to Escobedo.
The bingo is very good but everyone who attends talks and talks. Except for the girl called Mary, she is always very professional and serves very well, they should hire more like her
Everything is fine, except that they don't have disabled toilets in the smoking area.
Terrible service, the spokesperson had a bad attitude, I was there for 4 hours and I only played 10 games every 1/2 hour. It was on Saturday night.
