Not what is was a year ago which was 5 starts if I were to give it one. Pitbosses changed which just sucks because the ones before actually cared about its customers and would take care of you. They appointed the most dreadful dealer and made him a pit boss. The dealers only 2 out of all of them actually are pleasant to play with all the other ones just suck the excitement and joy out the table. At that point I preferred not to play and took my money elsewhere.
1st time feeling UnWelcomed by anyone in PV. Every staff member stared at me as if I was doing something wrong.. No friendly hello’s. No smiles or greetings, just dirty looks. Blackjack table nonsense: they burn three cards at the start of every shoe without showing them to you. They deal everyone’s cards and do not check for blackjack. Meaning you can split and double, fight your way to get to 21 only for a push. Very shady vibes, but clean casino. Ocean Pearls, Yard Birds, Quad Shot, Cleo were the only machines I recognized from the states. Absolutely no lightening link, Buffalo, or dragon link machines in sight. Also they charge a fee to put cash on your card. (And don’t even mention they do that.) Happy to get my $5 chip for my collection but will not be returning.
They have a promotion if you put 500 on your card you get 250 extra. They take it away if you don't play it that day so really they aren't giving you anything. Was surprised to find the money missing from my card when I went today.
Changed the blackjack shoe to 8 decks from 6 which gives them a big advantage. Went tonight and ordered food while playing B.J. and waited over an hour then when I asked where my dinner was coming they said sorry I was not eligable for free food when my brother beside me got his free and they just said to me sorry no food tonight. No apologie at all just a big F.Y. thanks for losing 4k in pesos your 100 peso dinner is more important to them to save then a regular player. Never going to spend another peso in this rip off place. Player be aware.
Had a good time at this casino playing poker. It's a 25/50 game starts every night at 7 pm. Usually just one table, couple times was 2 running. Good vibes, good people, good service.
