The restaurant and waiter was great. Casino is a huge joke. I was trying to bet sports. Since the lady at counter said it was only bingo, I had everything I wanted to bet on the self service computer. The computer asked for a employee code to print the bet. I went to the bingo station, both cashier cages, the table pit and a manager walking around the casino asking for assistance. Not one of the 12 people I asked helped me. I waited over 15 mins after being told someone was on the way to help. Ended up leaving with the 6000pesos I was trying to bet on a parlay. I seriously thought the whole business plan of a casino was to take bets and people's money? They do have table games! Roulette, Blackjack and Poker. No craps. They do have Bingo and lots of slots. Bar service was great! Everyone was friendly.
I'm told this is the best place for live poker in Puerto Vallarta. We got here when there was a tournament going on, but we were looking for a cash game. We were treated very well and they rounded up a cash game for us as quickly as possible. Food and drink are complimentary for poker players. The hamburger I had was excellent.
