I have already been 5 times, it is true that the first week the machines did not pay, but they now pay like in any casino. The minimum bet is 5 pesos on most machines, but there are some where you can bet less. I love the atmosphere, the cigarette smoke is not as concentrated as in other places because the air conditioning is new and works wonderfully, the food is good and the price seems good to me but the food service is slow, eating in a restaurant means being there for at least 1 hour.
There are two attempts to have a good time in this place. The counter employees, including Daniela, were only chatting with zero customer service. It was my birthday and there was a promo that they were never able to validate and they had no interest in helping me. My card didn't work the first time. They literally made me go back and forth from the kiosk to the checkout 5 times and the problem was never solved until I got fed up and left. 4 employees at the window and not one of them fought me. The facilities are very nice but the staff is zero trained. I don't recommend it.
