π¨ Room Quality & Amenities
The hotel rooms receive varied feedback. While some describe them as "good," others point out signs of age and wear. Guests benefit from thoughtful touches, but also encounter some practical issues:
- ποΈ Rooms are cleaned daily.

- β οΈ Some rooms suffer from worn-out furniture and a lack of electrical outlets.

Overall Recommendation
Hotel Pueblo Amigo Plaza Casino Tijuana seems to be a practical choice for travelers prioritizing a convenient location near the U.S. border and access to a casino. While the rooms and facilities show signs of age, and some service inconsistencies have been noted, the hotel generally provides good service for immediate needs. Those sensitive to noise or expecting modern room amenities might consider alternative options, and potential guests should be aware of the serious service complaint regarding alleged discriminatory behavior.
Great location if you intend walking to and from the border. The rooms are good but no place to hang a towel when showering or to dry. They give you two complimentary bottles of water everyday, they clean the rooms daily and always have taxi on standby n the casino is a fun place. The hotel workers are responsive and quick to fix any issues you have, itβs very close to the city hospital as well. Highly recommend
Very good location and service. 5 minutes from the border by car. The hotel is aged. The rooms furniture is wore out and lack of outlet. Free parking. Next to a supermarket. The Sunday brunch smells into the 6th floor room. The Sunday brunch is kind of pricey compare with Marriott one
Want coffee in the lobby? Sorry, only in your room with the very bacteria infested coffee maker. I asked twice for wash clothes and was told that there wasnβt any washed. Thereβs better deals around there or even better deals closer to βdowntownβ. Skip this one. Trust me. One more thing. The live music at various times was disturbing at times I was asleep.
Beautiful sunsets, prime central location In the "safer" , tourist zone of rosarito beach. The condo unit was clean and inviting. Cable TV, streaming sites. They had boogie boards, fishing poles, and even nice beach chairs, which we used on the balcony. Why get all Sandy when you can walk out on the balcony or chill in one of the many different beautifully landscaped areas on the property, and still claim you're on the beach. The family and I feel safe I the condo and o the hotel grounds. There's a very reasonably priced oreana diner that will deliver to your roo. If requested. If you're looking to get away and not have the chaos and expense of a busy hotel, the Rosarito Inn is the spot.
