The rooms and concessions are great, but the service could be better. Although some of the workers have good vibes and are friendly, I get the feeling that the casino is understaffed and that some of the workers there are overworked or feel overwhelmed when approached. Other than that another gripe I have is the smoke, as the years have gone by I believe that the air filtration has gotten much much better but as a non- smoker I'd prefer an even greater expansion and experience in the non smoking area or a possible upgrade to the smoking areas air system itself. Having allergies and asthma makes it harder to experience and enjoy the casino perks to its full capacity in an atmosphere such as this. However, if you love the game of Bingo Sycuan reigns supreme.
The casino has a good selection of slot machines. View Point is my favorite restaurant, and Bull and Bourbon has really good steaks and food. The pool area is really nice and relaxing. The Lazy river pool is fun. There is a Starbucks inside the casino as well.
