Culinary offerings at Monte-Carlo Bay are a testament to quality and presentation. Room service is excellent, with food consistently described as absolutely delicious. A particular highlight for many is the Sunday Brunch, priced at €135, which is lauded as excellent, featuring superb service, Tattinger champagne, and an outstanding choice, quality, and presentation of food, complemented by excellent live entertainment.
The only minor point of feedback from guests is that breakfast is not included and can be quite pricey, even by Monaco standards.
The professionalism and friendliness of the staff are consistently lauded. Guests report that everyone they interacted with was extremely friendly and professional, and notably, all staff spoke English, making interactions smooth and easy. Even during large events catering to close to 1000 people, the service remains excellent, with waiters praised for being attentive without being overbearing, ensuring guests are well-supplied throughout their stay.

One of the Best Hotels I’ve Ever Stayed InThe Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort is simply exceptional. My husband and I stayed at the end of April and were lucky to get an amazing price for what truly feels like a world-class, luxurious experience. The room was incredible — very spacious, with a large bathroom featuring both a powerful shower and a relaxing bathtub. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was perfectly quiet, making for a peaceful and restful stay. One of the highlights was the huge balcony with stunning views of both the city and the sea — a magical spot to enjoy a warm evening meal outdoors. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and everyone we interacted with spoke English, which made everything smooth and easy. The hotel’s pool area is stunning — although the large outdoor lagoon-style pool wasn’t open yet (it opens in July), we’re certain it’s amazing. The gym also deserves a mention: it’s spacious, modern, and equipped with top-quality machines. As a sweet surprise, the hotel even gifted us a beautiful chocolate Easter egg — it was delicious! This was truly one of the best hotel experiences of my life — a perfect mix of elegance, comfort, and hospitality. I would return in a heartbeat.
I only attended a reception dinner, so I can't review the rooms. The hotel is impressive, but remains classy. Review is very much down to the service which considering the reception was close to 1000 people was excellent. Particularly our waiter who was attentive without overdoing it and kept us well supplied all evening.
I had the most wonderful time with friends on a vacation! The pool was simply fantastic, with soft sand on the bottom that made it feel like I was in the Caribbean paradise. I loved that there was no music at the pool—just the sound of laughter and the gentle splashes as we relaxed. Room service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious! Plus, the view from my room was breathtaking, right overlooking Karl Lagerfeld's stunning villa. It was an unforgettable getaway filled with joy and relaxation!
The Monte Carlo Bay Hotel was absolutely amazing—elegant, refined, and surprisingly accessible at times if you catch the right deal. Even the city-view rooms are nice, but if you can, definitely go for a sea or pool view—it’s worth every cent. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are huge, and the balconies are both massive and cozy—perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. The outdoor pool is one of the standout features of the hotel—arguably one of the best in Monaco. It’s beautifully designed, and access is free for guests. We also got a lovely surprise: a complimentary chocolate Easter egg in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel is within walking distance of Larvotto Beach and the seaside promenade, and there are free shuttle services running to the Casino. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The gym is also a strong point—well-equipped with new Technogym machines and plenty of space. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t included and was a bit pricey, even by Monaco standards.Still, this is without a doubt one of the best places to stay in Monaco. Perfect for a romantic getaway—we’ll definitely be coming back.
