Not a good experience here on my recent visit to this casino đ°. Not because we lost money in cards here đ , but the services were pathetic. Food was stale and too bad, no food service on game tables inspite of multiple reminders. Alcohol tasted fake and the crowd was really bad. There are much better casinos in Nepalgunj apart from this. Try that.

The staff is very rude and have no manners at all to talk to the guests. Even the senior staff especially Mr. Suresh Bisht is very ill mannered. He figts with the guests on telling him about his staff. One day a day will come that guests will stop going to this casino because of the senior and junior staff. The management should look into this matter if they want thieir casino to run properly. They should understand that the players are spending their money and playing and if the staff keeps behaving badly with the guests then the day is not far when no one will go to this casino.
