Casino Taj in Pokhara, Nepal, presents a somewhat contradictory experience, as gathered from recent visitor feedback. While it offers certain appealing perks, significant concerns regarding service quality and the fairness of its games have been frequently raised.
Casino Taj appears to be a destination with appealing freebies and an easy-going entry policy. However, these benefits are overshadowed by consistent complaints about exceptionally poor customer service and unsettling allegations concerning the fairness of its games. While some found it "good for timepass" and noted "fair play" (contradicting other reviews), the strong warnings from dissatisfied customers about being "rigged" and recommending not to "waste your money here" cannot be ignored.
Prospective visitors should weigh the allure of free refreshments against the prevalent concerns regarding service and game integrity before deciding to wager their money at Casino Taj.
When I got the the place, they tried scamming me and telling me I have to play a 4000 rupee roulette spin, and only after that I can enjoy the rest of the casino. After I said I don't agree a few times, they let me in without the roulette.
no dress code, no entrance fee + as long as you're playing you get free drink's and free food. nice place.
Worst service ever.. service is very very very very poor, service boys and girls even manager will not respond to any issues we raise,, not recommended đĄđ¤Ŧ
