๐ What Customers Liked
The sole positive comment highlights a notable perk:

๐ Areas for Improvement & Customer Complaints
The majority of reviews express significant dissatisfaction across several aspects of the casino:
๐ฐ Gaming Experience & Machines
- Perceived Rigging & Lack of Fairness: Multiple users allege that the machines are "set in stage" and "play with your head," suggesting a lack of genuine luck. One reviewer went as far as claiming "physically impossible roulette combinations" occur, leading to significant losses and a belief that the casino intentionally makes visitors poor.
- Outdated Slots: A recurrent complaint is about the casino's slot machines being "outdated," with one visitor noting they resemble machines from "20 years ago" in their home country, suggesting a strong need for modernization.
- Questionable "New Visitor" Strategy: One user theorized that new visitors might initially win (due to remote machine control) to get them "hooked" before consistent losses ensue.
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ Staff & Service Quality
- Disrespectful and Incompetent Staff: Several reviews describe the staff as "awful," "not respectful," and "incompetent."
- Aggressive Policies Towards Non-Playing Customers: A particularly concerning incident involved a staff member allegedly telling a tourist to leave after losing โฌ400, simply because they were taking a break and not actively playing. This practice was noted as "normal" for Jack's Casino Tilburg by other patrons, contrasting with other Jack's Casino locations.
- Entry Issues: One visitor reported being denied entry despite having a valid driving license, indicating potential issues with entry policies or staff discretion.
๐ข Venue Appearance & Atmosphere
- Poor Condition: The casino's physical appearance received harsh criticism, being described as looking like a "pig hole" and generally "not good." This suggests a lack of maintenance or a less appealing ambiance.
Overall Impression
Jack's Casino Tilburg in Breda appears to struggle significantly with customer satisfaction, primarily due to perceptions of unfair gaming practices, outdated equipment, and notably poor customer service. While the provision of free refreshments is a positive point, it is overshadowed by widespread complaints about the overall experience and atmosphere. Prospective visitors should be aware of these recurring issues.
The worst casino, they will make you poor . Everything is set in stage, the machines will play with your head. there is no luck. Usually you win as new visitor(they can control machines remotely) this to make you hooked to casino. Service awfull. Just look at the images it's like a pig hole. Physically impossible roulette combinations. Wel it's all possible at Jack's casino
I was visiting and I had a driving license. Entry is not allowed. The casino does not look good and the staff are not respectful
I am from a small country where such slots were 20 years ago. I think you need to change your outdated slots a long time ago.
i am tourist from Sweden, i have to say this is by far the worse casino i have ever been in my life. after losing 400 euro on roulette table(1-19-2019) and decided to just take a little break and have small talk with few friendly guys i met there, a stuff member of casino by name of Thomas i think(dutch guy with little beard) came to my table and told me to leave cause i wasnt playing anymore.i am not sure how anyone can hire such young, incompentant stuff members, who think they own the casino and came over as power hungry. not at all costumer friendly.after talking to some other people i got to understand that this is normal practice in jacks casino tilburg. other casinos in the area which are also owned by Jacks casino are in no way using those practices to kick out people for not playing or taking a brake.
