Incredible hotel! Great, accessible location with easy parking and efficient and very friendly service both at reception and in the restaurant. The amenities are fantastic - the huge gym is wonderful and has everything. Breakfast was fantastic and the room was absolutely lovely with super comfortable beds. I would love to stay here again.
As all Van der Valk beautyfull hotel with great kitchen and nice luxery design. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was not what i hoped and could be better.
Hotel is clean and beautiful, and breakfast is excellent, but unfortunately that is the end of the good. The heater in my room did not work. For 3 days in a row I requested to staff that they fix it, and for 3 days they told me each day that they had fixed it, but for the first 2 days there was no improvement at all, it just blew cold air no matter how hot I set the thermostat. Finally on the 3rd day it blew faint hints of warm air and I gave up asking for any further improvement as it was at least enough to keep me from shivering in the cold.Hot water in the shower was sometimes nice and hot, but more often just barely warm (yes, I know about the tab to push to turn faucet hotter, that still did not help)For several days while I was there the front door didn't work, so it was either propped open, or you had to pull on it to get it to move.With some improvements this could be a nice place to stay, but unfortunately during my stay it was not up to the standard that it should be.
