I came to play some 2/2 poker and was shocked by how poorly things were run. There were 11 people on the waiting list, but somehow, they still didn’t open another table? That’s just bad management ,you have players ready, willing, and waiting, and yet you can’t be bothered to seat them?It gets worse. When I tried to cash out, the staff at the kassa (cash desk) refused, telling me I “had to play” before I could cash out. Excuse me? Since when is that a rule? I’ve never heard of a casino refusing to let someone take their own money out. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional behavior.All in all, completely disappointed. Incompetent staff, poor customer service, and a clear lack of organization. Not coming back any time soon.

They should hire a new experience designer. Outdoor smoking area looks like a prison area. A tonic water comes without ice and lime. Croupiers and managers are grumpy half of the time. Not the classy experience they say to offer. The casino is spacious and they are very strict on covid rules. That's a plus.

The casino is quite big with many option of games.The atmosphere is also nice. The restrooms are quite clean. Only one thing I hate, I found a mouse was running around the casino at the second floor, and I find it not nice at all.
