Fair Play Casino Eindhoven Guide and Review

Fair Play Casino Eindhoven, located in Venlo, offers a casino experience that garners a range of opinions from its visitors. Generally described as a smaller, more intimate establishment, it presents a mixed bag of charm, convenience, and certain drawbacks.
The Experience: What to Expect 🎰
Upon arrival, visitors should note that the casino strictly enforces an 18 age policy, requiring a mandatory ID check for entry. A significant upside is that entrance is free, and once inside, guests are often pleased to find complimentary drinks and snacks available. For those new to casinos, it's considered quite accessible, with many machines allowing play to start with just 1 or 2 euros.
The atmosphere can vary; some visitors describe it as generally good for a casual outing with friends, especially if the goal is just to have some fun and laughs without necessarily aiming for big wins. It's often not overly packed, particularly during morning visits.
Staff & Machines ✨
- The staff consistently receives praise for being friendly and welcoming, contributing positively to the overall experience.
- The casino features a mix of machines, with some being "old school" and even coin-operated, which some find to be a "pretty cool" and unique experience, adding a touch of nostalgia.
- However, for non-Dutch speakers, a potential challenge is that many of the older machines may have interfaces exclusively in Dutch, which could hinder understanding and gameplay.
Points of Consideration & Potential Drawbacks ⚠️
While Fair Play Casino offers some appealing features, several recurring issues are highlighted by past visitors:
- Clientele Concerns: Some reviews mention the presence of "shady people" or "addicts," with one particularly strong comment suggesting it's "not for people without criminal history." There have been reports of individuals yelling at staff or exhibiting concerning behavior.
- Machine Availability & Etiquette: A frequent complaint is that visitors often occupy multiple machines (sometimes 3-4) simultaneously, even blocking them by watching Netflix, leading to limited availability for others. Staff reportedly do not always intervene in these situations.
- Winning Odds: As with any casino, the house edge is real. One review explicitly states losing a significant amount (120€ in 2 hours) without any return, serving as a reminder that the primary outcome is often to lose money.
- Size: It's noted as "not a very big place," which contributes to the feeling of limited machine availability when machines are blocked.
- Historical Issues: An older review mentioned "corona rules" limiting play to every third machine and missing chairs due to "weird people," although these specific issues might no longer be prevalent.
Who Is Fair Play Casino Eindhoven For? 🎲
This casino appears to be best suited for:
- First-timers looking for an easy entry into the casino environment with low minimum stakes.
- Individuals or groups wanting a casual outing for fun and entertainment, understanding the inherent risk of spending money.
- Those who appreciate a smaller, less overwhelming casino setting and don't mind "old school" machines.
It's crucial to approach any casino visit with caution regarding spending. Visitors are wisely advised to be mindful of their budget and know when to leave, as it's easy to "spend a lot."
Final Thoughts
Fair Play Casino Eindhoven in Venlo provides a straightforward casino experience with friendly staff and accessible entry points. While it offers free amenities and a chance for casual fun, potential visitors should be aware of the compact size, the nature of its clientele as described by some, and the universal truth that casinos are designed for you to spend money. If you're looking for a quick, low-stakes gamble or a novel experience with friends, and are prepared for the environment, it could be a decent option. Otherwise, some of the reported social dynamics might deter certain individuals.
This is the first time I have been to a casino. Only 18+ are allowed, id card is mandatory. The entrance is free and also you can spend as little as possible. Most of the machines you can start with 1 or 2 euros. Drinks and snacks are free. It's not a very big place but quite good for first timers. But 3-4 machines are occupied by a single person. The place was not packed when I visited since it was in the morning. If you just want to have fun and laugh with friends, it's a good place to go.. But beware you can spend a lot so it's good to be out of the place soon.
If u look to lose money, this is right place trying and playing a longe period on daySingle euro I didn’t get out ,lose in 2 hour 120€ without single euro bcak NOW AND NEVER AGAIN THERE,good luck to everyone who think they can winn
Small casino old school machines still on coin which is pretty cool to be able to have that experience. Super friendly staff. Just be careful with the addition good luck 😉
Staff is friendly but that's not a nice place to be! Very shady people around, lots of addicts. There was a guy (looked like homeless) yelling at staff in the lobby and they just let him play. Many people occupying multiple machines at once without any reaction of the staff. One guy was watching Netflix while blocking 3 machines at the same time. He also looked like a criminal so don't expect me to argue with that kind of people. Further, there was barely any slot available since they allow to play every 3rd machine due to corona rules. Also many chairs were missing because weird people do what they want in there so you sometimes don't even have a place to sit. Old machines without a single text or button in English, everything is in Dutch so good luck if you're a foreigner. Overall — not for people without criminal history.
