Bingo90 Guide and Review

Located in the scenic Playa Bonita, Panama, Bingo90 positions itself as a casino with a dedicated bingo hall. Based on recent patron experiences, the venue offers a varied atmosphere, but consistency in service and overall satisfaction appears to be a significant challenge.
The Casino Floor ✨
The casino section itself is generally described as "pretty nice", featuring a "large number of slot machines with a good variety of games". For those seeking classic casino action, the selection might be appealing. However, some visitors noted that the popularity of certain machines can lead to crowding, making it "difficult to get on popular machines", especially on weekends.
A recurring concern among slot players is the payout. One reviewer explicitly stated that the "slot machines do not pay out", with multiple attempts yielding little to no wins. This raises questions about the overall fairness or entertainment value for avid slot enthusiasts.
The Bingo Hall 🎱
The bingo hall presents a particularly challenging experience for newcomers. One detailed account highlighted a severe lack of helpfulness for first-time visitors. Upon entering, guests reported receiving "very odd looks" and feeling like "two aliens walked in". The staff provided minimal guidance, charging $12 for cards without explaining the game schedule or the type of cards needed. This resulted in confusion and frustration, as guests were later informed they had purchased cards for a game starting hours later, with a dismissive "oh well" attitude from staff. Such instances suggest a significant barrier to entry for new players and a less than welcoming environment.
Food & Drink Experience 🍔🍺
Opinions on the food and drink service are somewhat contradictory. One older review praised the food, stating it was "good" and contributed to a "good time". Another recent review also noted that the food was "good" and beer was "cold" once it was eventually received. However, the service associated with ordering food and drinks is a consistent point of contention.
Multiple reviews describe extremely slow and inattentive service. One patron reported waiting "forever" to order, with a waiter disappearing entirely after realizing they spoke English, actively ignoring their table while serving others. This led to having to approach the counter directly for assistance. Another review highlighted "the very worst attention to a client" due to a particular waiter, concluding that the overall staff provides "really poor service".
Customer Service: A Major Hurdle 👎
Across both the casino and bingo hall, customer service stands out as the most prominent negative aspect of Bingo90. Reviews consistently mention:
- Unfriendly Staff: Staff members are described as "not friendly at all".
- Lack of Attentiveness: Staff are repeatedly called "not very attentive" and prone to ignoring patrons.
- Poor Communication: Especially evident in the bingo hall, where crucial information for first-timers is withheld or poorly explained.
- Discriminatory Perceptions: One reviewer felt a waiter actively ignored them after realizing they spoke English, suggesting a potential language barrier or bias in service.
While some individual staff members might be helpful, the overall impression is one of widespread service deficiencies that significantly detract from the patron experience.
Conclusion
Bingo90 in Playa Bonita offers a diverse gaming environment, with a decent selection of slot machines and a dedicated bingo area. While the food and drinks receive some positive remarks for quality, the overwhelming negative feedback pertains to the customer service. From unwelcoming attitudes in the bingo hall to inattentive and potentially discriminatory service on the casino floor, the staff appears to be the primary detractor from an otherwise potentially enjoyable gaming outing. Visitors should be prepared for a self-reliant experience and potentially frustrating interactions with staff.
The casino section is pretty nice. I didn’t try the food so I can’t speak to that. As for the bingo hall, I walked inside with my mom and it was like two aliens walked in or something. Very odd looks and then we stood in line and told the lady that this was our first time there. She handed us two cards, charged us $12 and told us to watch the board. We found a table to sit and a lady came by who saw us mark the card up and said that the cards we had were for a game that started at 7pm and that we needed other bingo cards for the regular game. We again stated that it was our first time there and that that part wasn’t explained to us. We got a “oh well” look and she walked away. Staff is not friendly at all and this is including the casino.
Great place to come for Bingo and eat. But today, had the very worst attention to a client in my life in Panama. Really sad how a top place can become atrocious by one waiter, the staff is really poor in service.

The slot machines do not pay out. We played many none of them paid much of anything. We tried to sit and order something to eat took forever. Once our waiter spoke to us and figured out we spoke English he disappeared litterly walked away from our table. He took orders from 3 other tables and acted like we were not there. We finally went to the counter and another person helped us. Food was good beer was cold.
