Crown Casino Sheraton, located in the scenic Playa Bonita, Panama, presents a somewhat polarizing experience according to recent visitor feedback. While some aspects are praised, several critical issues appear to overshadow the positives, particularly concerning service and the core casino experience itself.
The sentiment from visitors is notably mixed, with a leaning towards disappointment. Reviews range from very negative one-star ratings to moderately positive four and five-star experiences, suggesting inconsistency or very specific points of satisfaction/dissatisfaction.
For those considering a visit to Crown Casino Sheraton in Playa Bonita, it appears that expectations should be tempered. While the venue may offer enjoyable live music and implements safety measures (as seen during COVID), the fundamental aspects of a casino experience – namely the quality of the gaming floor, customer service, and food offerings – seem to fall short based on multiple accounts. Potential visitors should be aware of the reported issues with staff conduct and the overall casino environment. If live music is your primary interest, especially on Fridays, it might be worth a look, but don't expect a premium gaming or dining experience.
front door guards on October 17th at 1:30am would not let us in even though we had valid ID and wanted to give us trouble for no reason. We were not rowdy or rude we simply handed our real USA ID’s and he gave us trouble for fun. Found a better casino anyways!
Great Friday live band. Salsa vieja, miengue, tipico. Horroble service, fair prices, terrible food.
It must be a joke calling that place a casino, it really sucks...!
Come and sin the lottery or o ser diferente games just for adult people!!!
