Fun little casino. Blackjack and roulette open at 6pm weekdays. It was located next to the Marriot hotel across from Lacombe Mall on the boardwalk overlooking the ocean. Had fun on the machines, made a little money to cover lunch and headed off.
I played Blackjack and I consider myself a good player, I understand that there's lots of luck involved also, however I've never lost 28 out of 31 hands ever.i smelled a fish.the had a really fast dealer that was snapping the cards fast and hard,also he kept adjusting his shirt sleeves while dealing? I wouldn't say he was cheating but 28 out of 31hands lost?...something was up.i lost all the soles I had except the ones on my Italian Leather shoes. I won't be going there anymore. Thankfully I went to the Atlantic city casino and after some serious grinding I recovered my loses.

Personally, this is my favorite casino in Peru, and I've been to well over 20 and counting. I'm primarily a blackjack and poker player, and will occasionally play other table games (but not slots). Majestic has slots, live poker cash games, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps, and 3 card or Caribbean poker. Majestic has THE BEST blackjack rules in Lima: shoe dealt and no CSMs, 5 burn cards, early surrender vs any non Ace (no dealer peek), split up to 4 hands, double any 2, 1 card for split aces, dealt with both dealer cards (aka not European). The bet spreads are usually $5-300 USD or 20-500 soles. The live poker tables will have up to 5 tables on weekends, running 5/5 (soles) and 5/10, with a 300 soles min and no cap buyin. There is also a loyalty card and frequent promos, including for blackjack for every time you get dealt a blackjack (entered into a weekly cash drawing). When you sign up for a card, you get some free slot play and a gift or two (I got a deck of used blackjack cards and two dice keychains). Finally, if you're playing here, you can get free drinks and dinners off of their menu. Overall, this casino isn't super fancy, but it's the best for more knowledgeable gamblers.
This place is a joke. Both my partner and I played here. My partner was counted back money that was less than they won at the blackjack table, but didn’t argue due to the language barrier, oh well, our bad for not being fluent, but last I checked, 100 soles is equal to roughly $25 usd, not $15, maybe they took a tip for themselves, not a big deal, but noteworthy. Next we played the slots. She won, I lost, not uncommon. I walked around with my leftover ticket from my previous machine and found a roulette machine that would take small bets. As I sat down and began to place bets, a man came from behind me and claimed that I was on his machine and cashed my ticket out while I was still seated and took my money!!! I grabbed a floor manager and explained the situation. The person I hailed was receptive and understood the whole thing, also spoke English. When his supervisor arrived (who didn’t speak English), I was ignored while the thief and supervisor spoke in Spanish to each other. This supervisor dismissed the incident because he deemed it a, “small amount” that was insignificant. I could care less about the amount, rather than the fact that I was scammed by this clown, and then dismissed by the management. IF YOU ARE A TOURIST, DO NOT GO HERE.
